What this video covers

This video walks through Account Overview in Organization Settings, and shows how to convert a trial (or move between subscription tiers) from there.

Good to know

Account Overview — and upgrading a subscription — is available only to users with an Admin role.
Nothing is lost — a trial can be converted to a paid subscription at any time, and any remaining trial credit carries forward onto the new plan.
UP offers Starter, Basic, and Professional plans. Some features are gated by tier — for example, SSO is Professional-only, and Billing Analytics is available on Basic and Professional. See UP Pricing for the full breakdown.
Upgrades take effect immediately — you get instant access to the new tier’s features and limits, and there’s no mid-cycle proration charge for base-plan upgrades. Moving from monthly to annual billing is handled differently: it’s processed at the end of your current billing cycle, with the annual charge invoiced at the start of the next term.
You can upgrade or downgrade no more than once per calendar month. Downgrading also requires meeting the lower tier’s conditions (spaces, users, SSO, etc.) — if you’re still using more than the new tier allows (e.g. extra UP.Review sessions), the excess is billed as an add-on rather than blocking the downgrade.
Account Overview is also where you manage payment methods, view invoice history (date, amount due, status, invoice ID, payment method), track upcoming charges, and cancel a subscription. The related Billing Analytics Dashboard breaks down consumption and cost trends by application, Space, or timeframe.
Not ready to commit to a tier yet? You can estimate costs first using the UP Pricing Calculator.

You’ve completed the series 🎉

That’s the full onboarding path. From here, a fully configured organization is ready for real work — head into the application-specific guides (UP.Ingest, UP.Capture, UP.Review, and more) from the main documentation.
