# UP.Capture v1.13.0

**UP.Capture v1.13.0 - Published: 09-08-2026**

**Bug Fixes:**

* Fixed an issue where starting a recording could get stuck if the storage location wasn't accessible. Users now see a clear error message right away instead of the process hanging.
* Fixed an issue where live preview audio and video tracks could play out of sync with the original order. Tracks now always match the source recording.
* Improved live preview stability by resolving a memory issue that could cause active preview sessions to slow down or become unreliable over extended use.

**New Features:**

* Connection history now shows a clear timeline of each connection session instead of a list of individual connect/disconnect events, making it easier to see when and how long a connection was active. A detailed raw event list is also available for users who need it.
* Added new API access for capture and live sources, giving integrators a supported way to connect these capabilities into their own tools and workflows.
