# Audit Log

> Review a searchable history of activity across your organization

## Overview

The Audit Log gives administrators a searchable, filterable record of activity across Telestream UP — logins, resource changes, and actions taken in each application. Go to **Settings → Audit Log**.

Access to this page requires an admin role or an organization plan that includes audit logging; if you don't have access, you'll be redirected to a "Permission Denied" page.

## Viewing events

The main table lists events with these columns: resource name, event name, application (User, Review, Capture, Workflow, Scheduler, or Lens), Space, user email, and timestamp.

* Use the **date/time range** picker at the top to narrow the window (it defaults to the last 24 hours). Click **Clear** to remove the date filter and see everything.
* Each of the Resource name, Event name, Application, Space, and User email columns has its own filter — click the column header to pick one or more values. Filters combine with each other and with the date range.
* Scroll to the bottom of the table to load more results automatically.

Click any row to open its full details in a side panel: timestamp, application, user email, IP address, the Space, event and resource names, and — if the user was being viewed-as/impersonated at the time — the masquerading user. Below that, the full event payload is shown as raw JSON, with a **Copy JSON To Clipboard** button. Close the panel with **Close** or the **×** in its header.

## Exporting events

**Export Current View** downloads the events currently loaded in the table as a CSV file.

<Note>
  This exports only the events that have been loaded into the table so far — if you haven't scrolled to the end of the results, consider narrowing your filters or scrolling further before exporting, since this isn't a full export of every matching event.
</Note>

A confirmation toast appears once the file is ready ("Audit Log CSV File has been exported"), or an error if it fails.

## When there's nothing to show

If no events match your filters, the table shows a "Nothing found" message with an icon — this is expected behavior for a narrow filter, not an error.
