Bug Fixes

* Resolved an issue where failed jobs did not free up their concurrency slots, ensuring waiting jobs can now run immediately.
* Fixed a bug where auto-scaling would continuously accumulate pending workers when resources were unavailable.
* Resolved a pagination issue when listing jobs to ensure accurate results across distributed environments.
* Fixed a background issue where retired workers were not properly cleaned up, preventing unnecessary resource accumulation.

New Features

* **Priority Queues and Concurrency Limits:** You can now group jobs into lanes with independent concurrency limits and priority queues, giving you finer control over workload processing and resource allocation.
* **Job ID Validation:** Enforced standard character rules for job IDs to prevent formatting errors and deliver clear feedback when an invalid ID is submitted.
